Smoked Salmon and nori roulade

Ingredients

Makes 1 roulade, 10 portions

  • 1 sheet nori seaweed
  • 100g sliced smoked salmon
  • 100g cream cheese

Method

  1. Place the seaweed sheet on a board
  2. Spread a thin layer of cream cheese over the top
  3. Lay the salmon on top of the cream cheese
  4. Spread another layer of cream cheese over the salmon
  5. Starting with the edge closest to you, start to roll up the sheet
  6. Place in the fridge to firm up for 10 minutes
  7. Using a sharp knife, slice the roulade in to 10 portions
