100g ponzu (you can use light soy sauce and lemon juice)
Finely chopped coriander
Method
Heat a pan filled 1/3 with oil to 160c
Cut the halloumi in to 10 squares
Roll in the plain flour
Put the self raising flour and corn flour in a bowl and whisk together
Add enough water to make a loose paste. Mix gently with a fork.
Use a fork and dip the halloumi squares in the batter and then gently in to the oil. Prise off with another fork, taking care not to drop them in the oil
Fry for 3-4 minutes until crispy
Remove from the oil and place onto a tray with kitchen paper. Sprinkle lightly with dried herbs
Mix the ponzu and chopped coriander together and pour into a dish
