For Tahini sauce;
Heat oven to 200 degrees.
Line moulds with butter, flour, sesame seeds and chill in the refrigerator until required.
Melt butter and tahini paste until incorporated.
Whisk eggs, sugar & vanilla pods, until pale and add butter & tahini mixture.
Sift the 2 flours and fold in, then chill for 30 min.
Fill the moulds half way with final mixture and bake at 200 for 8 - 9 mins.
To make the sauce;
Place all ingredients in a pan over simmering water
Mix together, if still too thick add a little more warm water
Leave to cool
