Once you’ve placed an order, a member of our care team will be in touch within 24 hours to let you know your expected delivery date.
Your order will arrive in a cardboard box, which we safely and securely package in bubble wrap and brown paper. Once despatched, our couriers, DPD, will keep you updated with its expected delivery time, via SMS.
As many of our products are hand-made, you will notice that we do not let you know on our site whether we have stock. If you are shopping for that special occasion, please be sure to let us know, or get in touch and we will do everything in our power to ensure you have everything you need.
Some of the items we supply are produced with a process known as reactive glazing, which means that each piece is completely unique and may result in an appearance slightly different to the image on our website or marketing literature. This is not a product fault, it is actually part of the characteristics of the finish. The finishes and colours applied react completely differently to one another, so although they are the same items colours and accents the glaze will be different for each piece. The thumbnails displayed on the website are only one example of the finished article and pieces you may receive in your orders can look slightly different. With items that are produced using reactive glazing, we reserve the right to charge for the costs of returning these items should you be dissatisfied. Please contact us If you need any advice on reactive glaze products prior to your purchase.
UK mainland returns - £8 per parcel
International returns – Please call our customer care team to arrange for collection of your parcel.
Goods returned will be accepted for a full refund within 30 days of delivery to you, provided that they are returned unused, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
To return your parcel, simply repackage your items carefully and affix the returns label to the resealed box. Many of our products are fragile and we take great care in ensuring they arrive with you safely. Please take care to return your items with the same packaging and wrap them securely.
You can then use the DPD website or app to find your local drop off point, including many Halfords and Sainsbury’s stores, where you can take the parcel to be returned.
You will then be able to track the parcel’s return to our warehouse. Once we’ve received the parcel we will process your refund. The cost of delivery will be deducted from any refund due, at £8 per parcel.
