As a company, we make and sell fresh stocks made without compromise by using traditional culinary principles, 100% British sourced bones, a direct source of filtered spring water, and carefully sourced UK vegetables. Only pure, natural ingredients are used -no flavour enhancers or life extending ingredients.
We create fresh, natural stocks in exactly the same way any high calibre chef would. The process consists of a long, slow cook, roasting bones where appropriate, and passing the stock through double muslin twice. By standing by our traditional principles, we now supply to an enviable client base.
The TRUEfoods retail brand sits on the shelves of selected retailers and we are proud to produce ‘Heston from Waitrose’ stocks and sauces. Our wholesale stock pouches are used in kitchens throughout the UK, Ireland, Europe, and much further afield. Many kitchens awarded with multi-Michelin stars, independent restaurants, contract caterers, and businesses within the leisure sectors also use TRUEfoods stocks.

The CHEFStable is an up-close and personal dining event like no other. The experience is based on a warm welcome and exceptional food. The chefs take on all roles from hosting, cooking, waiting on, pouring wine, beer, cocktails and concoctions and even washing up.
Everything is carefully explained, from the sourcing of ingredients and the cooking to the technology used, guests are able to ask questions, take a closer look, participate or simply sit back and enjoy the experience.
