Place the Eggs, Sugar, Honey and Seeds from the Vanilla Pod into the Kitchenaid with the paddle and beat well into everything is incorporated together.
Add the Flour and the Baking Powder and continue mixing on a low speed.
Slowly pour the Melted Butter into the mixture, ensuring it is Liquid but not too hot.
Once evenly mixed, place into piping bags and pipe into Madeline Moulds lined with butter and a thing even layer of flour. Be careful not to overfill.
Bake the Madeline’s for around 8-10 minutes on 180 Degrees, 3 Bar Fan, 40% Humidity, until lightly golden and firm to the touch.
Once cooked, allow to sit for 1 minute before removing from the moulds and tossing in Spiced Sugar.
